I've been eating here for years. Easily the best Chinese food around.
I came with my friend and his daughter. A fly landed in his daughters noodles. She started crying. I asked the lady at the counter to make another noodle dish, very nicely. The lady said *its too much trouble* and said *throw away the noodles the fly touched*. Wow. They obviously care nothing about their customers. The lady did promise *I will give you a little more food, next time you come*. Does she really think theres going to be a next time though? That lady didnt even get up out of her seat to see what was wrong. She just kept glancing at me while glancing at her phone. Whatever was on her phone must have been very interesting.
Got charged for shrimp that wasnt there. Charged for extra Tso's Sauce, not in there, the chicken is so tough you cant chew it.
I enjoy the food and the prices are just about right for the area. Sometimes fried items can come out a little oily. Fried rice, sesame chicken, General Tso's, sweet and sour chicken are the favorites for us!!
The food is fairly standard, cheap Chinese food. No thrills there. The real problem with this place is the rude customer service. One time they gave us egg rolls instead of spring rolls, realized they made a mistake, made a new batch of spring rolls, and charged us for both sets of rolls. This might be seem like a simple concept, but let me spell it out in case it is lost on the owners: you should not charge customers for your mistakes.
Ordered from this Shun Xing chinese restaurant in Bassett on Stanley Highway 2 weeks ago. Heed Ciera Pilsons review. Its true. They charged my credit card twice. Several calls with the restaurant and the bank later, they STILL havent gotten things straightened out. &BTW I didnt even eat half of my food. We ended up walking out.
